Relational Intelligence (RI) platform is based on Quantum Measurement System. Like energy that can be released only in discreet sizes, observable changes in the performance of a system component will be preceded by discreet changes in parameter values that reflect system's performance.
RI detects and establishes relationship between the quantum change in the parametric values and the observable changes in the performance of a component/system that causes after elapsing of quantum time.
